This position entails spearheading the creative direction for diverse brands, emphasizing innovation and strategic acumen. Inspire and mentor teams to foster a vibrant work culture while ensuring seamless alignment with brand strategies from inception to execution.

Qualifications:
- 11+ years in top-tier agency creative roles.
- 7+ years agency experience.
- 5+ years leading creative teams.
- Bachelor's in Advertising or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Google Slides.
- Client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
