GRAPHIC DESIGNERS

Scouting Graphic Designers with a minimum of 5 years experience working in the in-house creative departments at well-known brands across retail, wholesale, and/or e-commerce platforms with a focus on some or all the below:

  • Packaging Design

  • Print Design

  • Digital Design (website, e-mail campaigns, social media, other digital marketing)


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that maintain brand consistency.

  • Ensure brand creative outlook is cutting edge, quality and ahead of industry competitors while staying true to brand image.

  • Ensure design style is consistent, cohesive and meets marketing, sales, product development and purchasing objectives.

  • Research industry trends and keep abreast of emerging technologies and creative applications.

  • Assist the marketing and product development teams with planning, production and creative direction for global advertising campaigns, new product/store launches and other marketing initiatives to ensure accurate execution of material development and promotional materials.

  • Create visual style guide, including fonts and layouts. 

  • Designs digital assets for marketing.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in InDesign

  • Proficiency in Figma a plus

  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and knowledge of current design trends/innovations

  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
