Q: I sent KDA my stuff. Who sees it, and when?

Members of Keva Dine Agency read every email, InMail, and DM. When we read it and which team member reads it depends on how you sent it,  what you sent, and who can best answer your inquiry.

Q: What positions do you place the most?

Remember that the Creative industry is fluid, as are the titles. Typical roles can be Graphic/Digital/Visual Designers, Creative Leaders (of all kinds), “Purple Squirrels”, and the “New” Job Titles.

Q: Do recruiters take a portion of candidates’ paychecks?

Keva Dine Agency NEVER receives a portion of a candidate's paycheck who is hired by one of our clients. This is standard practice. We don't recommend working with recruiters who take a commission from you. Recruiters receive their commissions from the hiring company, not the candidate.

Q: Do you take a percentage of a coaching client's paycheck?

Depending on the coaching service. For instance, our Covert Career Coaching services are based on the salary you receive once hired.

Q: Can I get feedback on my resume and portfolio?

You're in luck! We offer Coaching Services to help you optimize your resume, portfolio, and LinkedIn profile. 

Q: I’m in the Keva Dine Agency database; now what?

If you’re a fit for an open role, you'll be reviewed in our weekly Candidate Review Sessions. If you continue to be a possible match, we'll move you through the multiple stages of getting you “pitch-ready” for our Clients.

If you're not a fit for open roles but we like what we see, we will still move forward with getting you into our database and onto the team’s radar. We may email you or book a pre-screen phone call - but not always - and not always both.

We work hard to keep in touch with all our candidates, but this goes both ways, and we love a good catch-up email!
