Overview

The Partnership Coordinator / Executive Assistant to the Founder at The Keep A Breast Foundation is vital for supporting the Founder in establishing strategic partnerships and maintaining organizational operations smoothly. This dynamic role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for cause-related work, and the ability to execute successful partnership strategies while maintaining discretion. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at agile work.

Partnership Development:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential brand partners aligned with The Keep A Breast Foundation's mission and values.

  • Develop outreach strategies and pitch partnership opportunities to prospective brands.

  • Work closely with the Founder to create tailored, compelling partnership proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with the foundation.

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential partners, serving as a central point of contact.

  • Act as a liaison between the organization and partners, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain detailed partner databases and handle administrative tasks related to partnership agreements.

  • Coordinate logistics for partnership-related events and manage the Founder's schedule and communications.

  • Collaborate with the Founder to monitor partnership progress and prepare regular reports on partnership status and impact.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of partnerships, assisting in content creation and showcasing successful partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

  • Previous executive assistant experience, particularly in non-profit or foundation settings

  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a collaborative environment

  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality, with familiarity in cause marketing and corporate social responsibility trends, and genuine passion for The Keep A Breast Foundation's mission.
